On Monday morning, 05/08/2024, at the administrative headquarters of Misurata chamber, Mr. (Abdel Majeed Al-Taher Balaow), vice chairman of the board of directors, Mr. (Hani Abdullah Badi), member of the board of directors, and Mr.( Abubakr Abdel-Bari Shanab), general manager of the chamber, Mr.( Yousef Abdel Qader Abu Shaiba), director of the department of foreign relations and international cooperation, received the Korean ambassador to Libya  “Jang Jehak” and Consul” Shin Woo Sak ” and accompanying delegation.

Mr. Abdel Majeed Al-Taher Balaow welcomed the Korean ambassador and consul to Libya and his accompanying delegation. He also introduced Misurata city in general and the activities of the chamber in particular, the most prominent are the specific center for training and entrepreneurship and the investment tower of Misurata chamber.

The ambassador also touched on the Korean embassy’s intention to hold the Korean-Libyan business forum in its first edition in September 2024, in coordination with the Ministry of economy and trade and the relevant Libyan authorities.

At the end of this meeting, Mr. Abdel Majeed Al-Taher Balaow handed over the chamber’s shield to the Korean Ambassador, Mr. Jang Ji-hak, as a commemorative symbol.
