Misurata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture receives the Japanese ambassador to Libya
On Wednesday morning, 17-07-2024, at the administrative headquarters of the Misurata chamber, Mr. Fathi Al-Amin Al-Turki, chairman of the chamber’s board of directors, Mr. Muhammad Ali Osman and Mr. Hani Abdullah Badi, members of the chamber’s board of directors, and Mr. Abubakr Abdel-Bari Shanab, general manager of the chamber, Mr. Youssef Abdel Qader Abu Shaiba, director of the international relations and cooperation department, Mr. Ali Muftah Zaqout, director of the exhibitions and media department, received the Japanese ambassador to Libya, Mr. Shimura Izuru, and his accompanying delegation.
The meeting began with Mr. (Fathi Al-Amin Al-Turki) welcoming the delegation and introducing Misurata chamber and Misurata city in general. He also touched on the projects undertaken by the chamber, the most prominent is the new investment building of Misurata chamber.
He also invited Japanese companies to invest in Misurata city, and Japanese businessmen and Japanese companies were invited to visit the chamber and exchange trade delegations.
The Japanese ambassador expressed his admiration for the economic and commercial development taking place in Libya in general and in Misurata in particular.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Fathi Al-Amin Al-Turki presented the chamber’s shield to the Japanese ambassador.
