A meeting was held on Monday 11-06-2018 at Italian  embassy in Tripoli , between Mr. Giuseppe Peroni the Italian  ambassador  to Libya  and his office  directorMr. Steve forcity from one side, and  the chairman  of the Libyan general federation  of  chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture  Mr. Mohammed Reaid  , the vice-chairman of the chamber of the commerce, industry of  Misurata  Mr. Mahmoud  Emhamed Ashawish , the member of the board of directors of the chamber Mr. Hani Abdullah Badi  and  the chairman of the general embassy of  the chamber,  Mr.  Alhadi Alawib,  from the other side. while apologized for attendance ,the official responsible of commercial activity at the embassy, to be determined a new appointment with her as soon as possible.

This meeting has discussed several commercial topics, as the most important of which was  the facilitation of the issuance of visas to the businessmen,  and the facilitation of the business between the two countries , where the ambassador expressed his willingness to work to facilitate  the granting of Italian  visa to businessmen and the chamber members  as soon as possible, and he expressed his wish that the chamber works to facilitate the visa  procedures for Italian doctors and  businessmen, the two parties also agreed to reactive the stagnant economic  wheel between two countries, and the participation of Italian companies and businessmen  in exhibitions and  conferences organized  by the chamber of  Misurata and its members as well as the exhibitions and conferences organized by Italy.
