On Thursday morning, October 8/10/2026, the vice chairman of the management board of the Misurata chamber of commerce, industry, and agriculture, Mr.(Abdul Majid Al-Tahir Bloaw), received a delegation representing EVERETT, an Indian company affiliated with the chamber and contracted with the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, at the chamber’s administrative headquarters.
The meeting took place in the presence of board members Mr. (Ihab Al-Hadi Al-Owaib) and Mr. (Al-Hussein Omar Al-Majri), alongside the director of the foreign relations and international cooperation office, Mr. (Youssef Abdul Qadir Abu Shibah).
The meeting addressed ways to enhance cooperation between both sides and reviewed the services and facilities provided by the chamber to member companies, particularly regarding the facilitation of residency procedures for company staff through the chamber’s passport office. Furthermore, both parties discussed prospects for boosting trade traffic between Libya and India through shipping agencies affiliated with the chamber
