On the sidelines of the Libyan delegation’s visit to the chamber of commerce, industry, construction, and agriculture of Genoa, Mr.( Abdulmajid Blaow), vice chairman of the board of directors of Misurata chamber of commerce industry and agriculture, and Mr. (Al-Hadi Abdullah Al-Owaib), president of the general assembly of the chamber, accompanied by Mr. (Ali Bin Imran), member of the visiting delegation, and Mr. (Youssef Abdelkader Aboshiba), director of the external relations and international cooperation department at the chamber, met with Mr.( Alessandro Terrile), vice Mayor of Genoa.
The meeting addressed ways of joint cooperation between the cities of Misurata and Genoa, mechanisms to enhance partnership in economic, service, and municipal fields, as well as the exchange of expertise in city management and infrastructure development.
During the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of activating direct communication channels between local institutions in the two cities, contributing to opening new horizons for investment and transferring the successful experiences that characterize the municipality of Genoa.
These meetings come within the visit program organized by the Genoa chamber for the Misurata chamber delegation, with the aim of consolidating bilateral relations and supporting institutional cooperation between Libya and Italy.
At the end of the visit, the visiting delegation from the chamber presented a commemorative shield to the vice Mayor of Genoa
