In a step to enhance economic relations between Libya and Italy, Misurata chamber of commerce industry and agriculture conducted a business visit to its counterpart, the chamber of commerce, industry, construction, and agriculture in the city of Genoa.
The two sides signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at expanding the horizons of cooperation and exchanging expertise in the sectors of industry, agriculture, and construction, as well as supporting partnership opportunities between businessmen and investors in both cities.
The memorandum was signed on the Libyan side by Mr. (Abdulmajid Al-Tahir Blaow), vice chairman of the board of directors of the Misurata chamber, and on the Italian side by the chairman of the board of directors of the Genoa chamber, with the presence of several members of the accompanying Libyan delegation.
During the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of this agreement as a foundation for launching joint projects and transferring modern technologies, thereby contributing to supporting the national economy and opening new investment channels
