Misurata chamber of commerce industry and agriculture signs a memorandum of understanding with the General board of fairs

The Management Committee of the Misrata Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture held its first regular meeting for the year 2026 on Saturday morning, February 7, 2026, to discuss the most important developments in the work of the Chamber and to review the monthly financial reports. The Committee also discussed the latest finishing work on the new administrative building of the Chamber.

As part of the activities of the 6th African Construction Exhibition 2026, Misurata chamber of commerce industry and agriculture signed a memorandum of understanding with the General board of fairs, to enhance joint cooperation in organizing exhibitions and economic events.

The memorandum of understanding stipulates joint coordination for organizing Misurata International Fair, scheduled to be held during the month of September 2027, in its first session, thereby contributing to the development of the exhibition sector in Libya and raising the level of organization in line with international standards. This step comes within the framework of efforts to support economic activity and encourage investment.
