trade and investment facilitation mechanism<br \/>\n(TIFM)\u201d As a part of the EU4PSL component \u201cEuropean program<br \/>\nfor the development of the Libyan economy\u201d the workshop aims to<br \/>\nintroduce the TIFM tool to the Libyan authorities and discuss how<br \/>\nLibya can integrate this initiative,and it aims to enhance the<br \/>\ncapacity of Libyan institutions to design and implement measures<br \/>\nconducive to the development of SMEs and improve the<br \/>\nattractiveness of the Libyan economy for investment.<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
