On Thursday morning,7\/3\/2019, a meeting was held between the foodstuffs businessmen and
\nthe manager of the food and medication control center Mr. (ahmed aldala), and a member of
\nboard of directors of Misurata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture, Mr.(hani badi),
\nand members of board of directors \u201cAlraqeeb\u201d Libyan organization for consumer protection,
\nthe meeting was opened with welcoming speech by Mr(Hani Badi),and Mr(ahmed aldalaa),
\nwhere he emphasized the role of the foodstuffs control authority and its important role of the
\napproved inspection procedures for the food, after welcoming they let the businessmen to ask
\nquestions and discuss problems facing them as suppliers of food procedures and conditions
\nof free sale and packaging and terms of reference and mechanisms of work in ports and
\ninternal control and the problems of delay in the withdrawal of samples and inspections of
\nfood by the control and accelerate the procedure for the provisional and final release of food
\nsupplied, it was agreed to hold a meeting next week, which also includes the heads of
\ncustoms at the ports and the head of the radiation center and a number of officials in this
\nsector in Misurata to develop solutions to all issues and obstacles.<\/h4>\n
