On Monday morning, 23-09-2024, at the administrative headquarters of Misurata chamber, Mr. (Fathi Al-Amin Al-Turki), chairman of the board of directors of the chamber, Mr. (Ihab Al-Hadi Al-Awaib), Mr. (Hani Abdullah Badi) and Mr. (Mohammed Al-Shaibani Shaaban), members of the board of directors of the chamber, along with a number of administrations  managers in the chamber, received the Turkish consul in Misurata (Fatih Ugurlu) and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting began with a welcoming speech to the Turkish consul and an introduction to the Misurata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture and the most important investment activities it carries out. He also thanked the Turkish consulate for its cooperation with the chamber, especially in receiving the requests of businessmen to issue Turkish visas.

He also invited Turkish companies and businessmen to invest in the city in particular and Libya in general. He also expressed his desire to hold an exhibition of Turkish products on the grounds of the Misurata international fair in order to strengthen trade relations between the two countries.

From  his part, the Turkish consul praised Misurata city and its recent commercial development. He also invited Misurata chamber of commerce to visit the Istanbul chamber of commerce and open up economic cooperation with it. At the end of this visit, Mr. (Fathi Al-Amin Al-Turki ) presented a souvenir from the Libyan heritage to the Turkish consul.
