Misurata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture receives the Indonesian ambassador to Libya
On Monday morning, 19/08/2024, at the administrative headquarters of Misurata chamber, Mr. (Fathi Al-Amin Al-Turki), chairman of the board of directors, Mr. (Abdul Majeed Altaher Balaow), vice-chairman of the board of directors, and Mr. (Mohamed Al-Monsef Shaaban), member of the board of directors. Mr. Abubakr Abdel Bari Shanab, general manager of the chamber, Mr. Yousef Abdel Qader Abu Shaiba, director of the department of international relations and cooperation, and a group of businessmen in the city, received the Indonesian minister, Mr. Didi Ahmed Rifai, and his accompanying delegation.
The meeting began with Mr. (Fathi Al-Amin Al-Turki) introducing Misurata city in general and the activities of the Misurata chamber, the most important of which is the investment tower of the chamber of commerce. He also introduced the owners of companies and their activities within Misurata city.
The Indonesian ambassador also expressed his satisfaction with the economic situation experienced by Libya in general and Misurata in particular, and his desire to exchange trade delegations and the participation of Libyan companies in Indonesian exhibitions, especially the Jakarta international fair, from 9 to 12 October. At the end of this meeting, the chairman of the board of directors presented a souvenir of Libyan heritage to the Indonesian ambassador as a souvenir.
