On Saturday morning 08-08-2020, a meeting was held at Misrata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture’s headquarter to discuss how to collect debts owed from the Libyan state by the benefit of contracting and construction companies affiliated with the chamber and implementing projects in the state. The meeting was attended by a member of the board of directors, Mr. Hani Badi, the general manager of the chamber, Mr. Abu Bakr Shanab, and a number of corporate officials. In this meeting, a mechanism was set for counting  the debtor agencies and companies to collect their debts, Saturday 08-15-2020 was set as the date for an expanded meeting with the concerned authorities and companies.
