On Wednesday afternoon, 10/25/2023 ,at the headquarters of the general union of Libya chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture in the new Damascus neighborhood in Tripoli, the second regular meeting of 2023 of board of directors of the general union of Libya chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture was held, it was chaired by Dr. (Farhat Al-Toumi Ahmed) vice chairman of the union of the board of directors, with the presence of Mr.( Jamal Shaaban), the administrative and financial affairs department director and chairman of the permanent committee for rebuilding the chambers of commerce and the general union, at the economy and trade ministry of the national unity government.

The meeting was attended personally by (24) members, and(18) members attended via the Zoom app, representing (15) Libyan chambers of commerce.

The agenda items included the adoption of the minutes of the first regular meeting of the board of directors of the Libyan general union, which was held on 16/08/ 2023, and the discussion of the report of the general manager regarding the reasons of the delay in preparing the general budgets of the union, in addition to the Libyan side’s selection of some joint Libyan economic chambers, and some other topics. Which concerns the workflow within the union.
