In implementation of the decision of the minister of economy and industry No. 192 of 2021 which amended by decision No 250 of 2021 regarding the call for the re-building and election of chambers of commerce and industry, it was held on Monday morning 9/27/2021 in the meeting hall at the headquarters of Misrata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture, the first regular meeting of the chamber’s general assembly with the presence of the committee supervising the reconstruction and election, which is mandated according to minister’s decision No. 368 of 2021 to supervise the reconstruction and election of the chambers of commerce and industry,where the meeting was attended by 56 out of 78 members, to complete the quorum for the meeting , after reviewing the budget sheets for the years (from 2010 to 2020.(And reviewing the report of board of directors on the activities of the chamber, two-thirds of the members of the board of directors were elected among the members of the general assembly, and the chairman of the general assembly was elected also among the members registered in the chamber, and the two members of the general union of chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture were chosen among the members of the general assembly, and they also proposal of the chairman of the board of directors among the members of the chamber.
