The second meeting of the fundraising committee was held in the meeting hall at the headquarters of the administrative building of Misrata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture, this meeting was opened with a welcoming word of the chairman of the committee in which he had tribute to the memory of the martyrs whose souls were passed on to God in a battle against the aggression in Libya, after that, the meeting witnessed the discussion of starting to accept financial amounts/the fundraisings from committee members, as well as the urgency to purchase the required equipment, according to what was stated in the MMC letter, with the provision of safety equipment for medical and auxiliary staff very urgently, Provided that the invoices are approved by the medical committee at the MMC before the purchase. Some members of the committee communicated with the gentlemen of the Ministry of Health, who expressed their readiness to equip a hospital with a capacity of 70 beds, the committee actually began in coordination with the competent authorities in the Misrata municipal council and the committee formed from it for this pandemic, to search for a place to establish this hospital, where a number of sites were displayed inside the city, one of which will be chosen. The banks closing branches were also discussed at the time due to these conditions, the committee, in order to facilitate everyone who wants to donate and participate in providing medical equipment and medical devices according to the needs of the MMC, they could go to the headquarters of Misrata chamber in Saadoun Al-Suwaihli Street from 12:00 to 14:00.

The committee persist its continuous meetings at the chamber’s headquarters with great effort to provide all the equipment required by the MMC instantly.
