Decree of the minister of economy and industry No. (129) of
the year 2019 concerning the withdrawal of decree No. (21)
year 2019 on the prohibition of exporting goods, which was

minister of economy and industry, Mr. Ali Al-Issawi,
undersecretary of the ministry of economy and industry,
director of foreign trade administration at the ministry of
economy and industry, general manger of Misurata chamber
Mr. Abubakr Shaneb, chairman of board of directors of Libyan
iron and steel company Mr. Mohammed Al-Fakkeh, chairman
of the general company for scraping Mr. Omar Al-Shawash, and
a group of scrap dealers in some of Libyan cities.
