The meeting was held on Thursday morning, March 14, 2019 at the ministry of economy and
industry in Tripoli. The meeting was attended by minister of economy and industry of the
national accord government Mr. Ali Al-Issawi, undersecretary of the ministry of economy
and industry, director of foreign trade administration at the ministry of economy and
industry. Mr(Abubakr Shaneb), chairman of the Libyan iron and steel company (Mr.
Mohammed Al Fakkeh), chairman of the general company for scraping (Omar Al Shawash)
and a group of scrap dealers in some Libyan cities. At the end of this meeting, they have
been agreed at the end of this meeting to:
1- Forming a committee to limit the quantities of scrap of exporting companies.

2 -Withdrawal of decree No. 21 of 2019 by the minister of economy and industry.
