The ambassador of Germany republic Oliver Ovcha ,and his accompanying delegation, ,
visited the headquarters of Misurata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture on
Thursday, 07/02/2019,where he met chairman of Misurata’s board of directors Mr.
Mohammed Al-Reaid, and some members of chamber’s board of directors, and a large
group of businessmen in the city.

The meeting was opened by chairman of board of directors with a welcoming speech to the
ambassador and his accompanying delegation. He expressed his appreciation for the
moderate role of Germany, and the support of Libyan people politically and economically,
and thanked the ambassador for his keenness to visit Misurata city and his support for the
cooperation between Libyan and German businessmen, explaining the possibilities and
opportunities available in Misurata especially ,and Libya in general.

The ambassador from his side expressed his admiration to Misurata and its security and
economic activities, praising the role of the chamber in communicating and facilitating
cooperation between the two countries, emphasizing the desire of his country to achieve the
greatest possible cooperation on the economic level in Libya.
