On Saturday morning 05 – 01 -2019 a celebration of
“tree lovers” was held in the occasion of the
international day of the tree ,and the sixth anniversary
of the founding of the assembly ,and the third
anniversary of the inauguration of the field of the tree
in Misrata, to announce the results of the first
competition of olive oil quality of this year in the square
tree in front of the faculty of medical technology
Benghazi street. This event attended by many VIPs who
interested in agriculture and trees. Among the
attendees were Mr. Abu Bakr Shanab, General manger
of Misrata chamber of commerce, industry and
agriculture. During the ceremony, a number of
speeches were delivered praising the efforts of the
association and its prominent role in Misrata.The
sponsors and supporters of the association were also
honored during the ceremony in 2018, which included
Misrata chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture
,in addition, in addition the announcing of the results
of the first competition for the olive oil quality for the
agricultural season 2018/2019, which was obtained by
the Misrata military air force college – production

branch on the first ranking, then which the participants
planted some trees.
